Robert Khodadadian 
Mr. Khodadadian graduated the Lubin School of Business at Pace University with a bachelor of business management degree in 2004. He majored in real estate finance and entrepreneurial management and was a member of the Real Estate Club.
 
In 2004 Mr. Khodadadian was hired by Massey Knakal Realty Services as an associate for Managing Partner Shimon Shkury. As an associate Mr. Khodadadian was responsible to cultivate and maintain positive and productive relationships with all contacts through solid interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.  Specializing specifically in the Harlem market Mr. Khodadadian participated in the marketing of over 50 exclusive listings and has been involved in the aggregate sales of nearly $80,000,000 in New York City real estate. During his 2 years with the company Mr. Khodadadian developed his backbone in the real estate industry not only recieving his sales persons license, but shortly after resigning in June of 2006 he also recieved his corporate brokers licence as well.

                              Ronnie Ebrani
Mr. Ebrani graduated the University of Albany with a bachelor of Economics.  He majored in Business ethics and minored in business law.
 
Mr. Ebrani has been involved in the Mortgage business since 2001 when he began his first summer internship at Mortgage Line Financial.  This where he learned the basic knowledge of the Mortgage business and how the whole mortgage process actually works, Mr. Ebrani was responsible for client relations.
 
Mr. Ebrani then went on to work for Berkshire financial for the next two consecutive summers 2002 and 2003 where he was consistantly on the phones soliciting business for the bank on a daily basis. until he graduated from college. By the time Mr. Ebrani had graduated from college in 2004 he had built such an extensive database of clients for the bank that Berkshire financial promoted Mr. Ebrani to the youngest Senior Loan officer the bank had ever had. 
 
In June of 2004 Mr. Ebrani began his full time career in the Mortgage business and is currently on the board of the Mortgage lenders association.  In his 6 years in the mortgage industry, Mr. Ebrani has closed over $65,000,000 in loans and is always available to assist homeowners as well as new homebuyers with their mortgage needs.
